Pauline Turner at 44a Crescent Road
Pyrography, watercolour, pastels

Pauline started drawing/painting in 1988 under the tutorage of Meredith Namsoo, a well known painter in Sussex.

She is a member of the Adventurers Art Club and The Weald of Sussex Art Club where she has exhibited pastels, pyrography, and watercolour paintings. She is also a member of The Sussex Woodcraft Society where she discovered her interest in pyrography. She is proud to have achieved lst place in several of the Sussex Woodcraft Society exhibitions in the pyrography class.

Pauline is now combining both pyrography and watercolour to interesting effect but is still experimenting. One of last year’s pieces was Great Dixter, which was very challenging. You can see the result of this on the website. Do come and see what challenges Pauline has given herself this year.
